We are always adding in new flower strains and vapes, so that when our customers come in they have new things to try and choose from, rather than just having the same old stuff.
Another reason for shopping with us instead of Ontario Cannabis Store is because our customer service is exemplary. We pride ourselves with giving service that makes our customers feel welcomed and accepted as soon as they walk into our store. Not many dispensaries care to give out good customer service, as they are just wanting customers to buy things and leave. With us we take the time to speak with our customers and get to know them and what they like so we can always have something waiting for them here. OCS doesn’t have any customer service because they are an online store that you can just order from, so because of that they don’t have anybody that they can spend time to talk to customers and really explain cannabis products.
We also offer delivery at our store, we ensure to make all of our customers orders top priority and let them have a good experience with it. We also try to take orders more frequently that way customers are getting what they need on time, all of the time. OCS will take a while to get you what you want, where as to us we can get it out to you within the hour of when you made your order. We also offer pick up in store, so that if you are in a rush, you can just pop on in and get what you ordered and go on about your day. We always make sure to pack the orders as soon as we get them so that it’s ready for you as soon as you come in.
I’m sure shopping with OCS has its perks, but with Potherb we make sure to be on top of everything our customers need. The biggest perk that we can offer our customers is our knowledge and insight that you wouldn’t get from OCS. When you come into our store, we can answer any and every question that you have and if we don’t know the answer we can find out for you very quickly. These are just some things that we have that OCS doesn’t.
